DETERMINE, DEVELOP, DEMONSTRATE AND DELIVER are the Guiding Principles of
Baskin Associates.
Baskin Associates developed the 4-D
principles based on the ISO Guidelines for Performance Improvement and applies
them as described in the following definitions:
Determine what the requirements are for the plan, product or service;
Develop the plan, product or service to meet the requirements;
Demonstrate the plan, product or service meets the requirements; and
Deliver the plan, product or service.
